Every person signing this document and occupying accommodation or utilizing other services shall

be personally responsible for all charges in addition to the customers above names, notwithstanding

that an account is sent in the first instance to that customer. It is a condition of occupancy that the

person signing this document agrees to the Rules of the House.

Accommodation is provided in accordance with the TRAVELLER ACCOMODATION PROVIDERS

(LIABILITY) ACT 2001.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: To ensure all guests enjoy their stay we enforce ZERO TOLERANCE RULES.

• RESPECT – Please respect people’s privacy and use the designated footpaths in the resort, not taking shortcuts through people’s campsite or cabin grass front.
• SMOKING – All rooms are NON-SMOKING. You can smoke out the front of your room.
• NOISE – We have a strict noise curfew between 10pm and 8am. Guests shall not create any noise to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other guests.
• CAMP KITCHEN – Clean after use. Make sure you leave no rubbish behind. Everybody uses the camp kitchen so please leave it clean.
• POOL – Swimming pool opens at 8am -8pm. Children under the age of 15 ALWAYS need to be supervised.
• CLOTHESLINES – Campers are not to hang any clotheslines, slacklines or hammocks from or between trees. This will damage the tree!
• LATE ARRIVAL FEE – Guests need to notify arrivals after 6pm to reception before 6pm on the day of arrival. Failing to do so may incur a $50 late arrival fee.
• SPEED LIMIT -10kmh
• CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES – No charging electric bikes, scooters, skateboards or cars.
  Strictly only 2 guests per cabin or campsite. Anyone caught breaching this will be charged an additional 100% of the booking fee.
• VISITORS – No visitors unless authorized by reception staff. Absolutely NO visitors after reception closes (charges may apply). No visitors are permitted in high season due to tighter security requirements.
• CHECKOUT TIME – Checkout time is strictly 10am unless late checkout is authorized by management. Late checkout fees as follows; 11am-1pm – ½ price of cabin/camping price will be charged.
  Past 1pm – An extra full night will be charged.
• CLEANING & DAMAGES – Please ensure that the property is left clean and tidy when vacating all crockery and utensils must be washed and placed back in the cupboards. Extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if this is not done. For any damages to the cabin, furniture etc. full replacement price will be charged.
• CAR PARKING – Please reverse your car onto your site or in front of your cabin for fire and safety.
• PETS – No pets are permitted on the premises. The guest will have their booking terminated immediately with no refund of monies paid if they have breached this condition.
• SITE and ROOM REQUESTS – Site and room number locations are NOT guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate.
• GUARANTEE – During our stay, we agree to take good care of our room/site. In the event that these terms and conditions above are broken during our stay, through any act or omission by us or any of our visitors, we hereby authorize and direct you to debit the credit card of which has been given to guarantee our stay at your premises. Minimum security callout $200.00 plus any additional costs.
• CAMPING – Max of 2 people per site. Excessive noise will NOT be tolerated. No noise permitted after 10pm. NO smoking in the camp kitchen area.
• REFRESH – 1 free cabin refresh for stays longer than 7 days.
  If more is required, please organise with reception.
• CC DETAILS – Valid credit card details are required upon check-in, if failing to do so, we will take a cash bond, which will be returned after check out.
