Terms & Conditions
To maintain a high standard for our guests we require that certain conditions are to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the following conditions do apply:

On arrival, guests will be required to provide an imprint of a valid credit card or a cash deposit and photo identification to cover any incidental charges.

The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

Damage, breakages, theft, and losses are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.

Visitor policy is as follows: At all times visitors must report to reception before entering the motel. During peak seasons and busy times, there are no visitors. Management reserves the right to access or refuse visitors.

For the enjoyment of all guests, noise restrictions do apply after 8pm. Excessive noise is not tolerated.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is definitely not permitted inside the rooms.

We have a zero tolerance policy. This is for your safety and protection.

The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of bond.

Refund Policy
Please find below our terms and conditions for refunds.

Peak Period Bookings

No refunds are given on bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When 28 days or more notice is given, the prepayment can be refunded one of two ways:
1. Refunds can be given via cheque minus a $50.00 cancellation fee
OR
2. Customer given a credit receipt towards a future booking. This future date must be given within 2 weeks of cancellation and must be within 12 month of the original arrival date depending on availability and is subject to any price increase for that period. Note, changes can be only done once. If the cancellation occurs again the prepayment will be forfeited and no refund given.

Off-Peak and Shoulder Period Bookings

For bookings made in off-peak and shoulder times, NO refunds are given on bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS

When 48 hours or more notice is given, the prepayment can be refunded one of two ways:
1. Refunds can be given via cheque minus a $50.00 cancellation fee

Additional Terms and Conditions

• There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason.
• A cancellation fee will apply to any bookings made and cancelled. No exceptions.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked room, prior to, or on arrival.
• 5% surcharge on Amex payment
